2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
TAMARAC, Fla. – March 26, 2019 – HarborChase of Tamarac, a local memory care community, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™, qualifying for the award in the categories of “Quality of Food and Dining Service” and “Transportation Needs.” HarborChase won the award by displaying a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services. HarborChase of Tamarac is managed by Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, Florida.

For the “Quality of Food and Dining Service” category, HarborChase was recognized for its commitment to using top-quality produce and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Residents dine on seasonal cuisine and inventive dishes created by each community’s own culinary team.
Throughout its history of serving the Tamarac community, HarborChase has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of HarborChase’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate HarborChase in specific categories. Every month, HarborChase has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of resident needs and to make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, HarborChase of Tamarac has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
