2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
SARASOTA, Fla. – March 26, 2019 – HarborChase of Sarasota, a local assisted living and memory care community, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™, qualifying for the award in the category of “Cleanliness.” HarborChase won the award by displaying a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services. In the “Cleanliness” category, the community was honored for its steadfast commitment to sanitation in both public and private community areas. HarborChase maintains and adheres to strict guidelines to ensure the health and comfort of residents and guests.
