SilverStone Healthcare has proposed a two-building senior living campus in Potomac Yard

Silverstone Healthcare Co. has applied to develop a two-building assisting living and memory care community on 2 acres bounded by Jefferson Davis Highway, Maskell Street, Main Line Boulevard and Swann Avenue — technically known as Potomac Yard Landbay H West. The first building would be a nine-story structure with 186 units and 12,085 square feet of retail. The second building would be eight stories and 136 units.
