I started in the industry at age 22. I watched how things had been done, I had experienced it, and most companies ran the same way. They ran by telling their prospective residents and their family members that “We are going to take good physical care of you.” What we have done at Harbor Retirement Associates, we disrupted that… We’re going to continue to give that exceptional care beyond expectations, but in addition to that, we’re going to offer our residents choice in where they dined and how they dined. Choice in the programs that they would attend that would keep them engaged. We were going to offer all of that in our communities, and we have been very successful in… developing over 20 new communities that would lead with hospitality. And they would lead with multiple restaurants to dine in. And they would lead with choice.
