In this role, Sarmiento will lead operational strategies across HarborChase communities in Florida, South Carolina, Connecticut, Maryland, Illinois, Alabama, Delaware, and Texas with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional hospitality services, enriching resident experiences, and cultivating a culture of excellence.

With more than 20 years of successful senior living operations experience, Sarmiento has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, growth, and reputation as a leading provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities across the Southeast. A proven developer and operator, he successfully launched multiple new communities, surpassing $20 million in annual net operating income and maintaining a 30-35% NOI margin, making Alex well-suited to maintain HarborChase’s operational excellence and impact future growth.
