Black Tie Harborchase of Dr Phillips Grand Opening

Dr. Phillips Charities officially cut the ribbon on a dream that was years in the making with the grand opening of HarborChase Dr. Phillips on Thursday, Dec. 6. The senior-living facility offers independent and assisted living, as well as both memory care and respite care. Representatives from Dr. Phillips Charities and Harbor Retirement Associates — HarborChase’s parent company — were in attendance, along with hundreds of residents and members of the community, to celebrate the new community.
