Harbor Retirement Associates announced the grand re-opening and re-positioning of six senior living communities in the southeast. HarborChase of Vero Beach, HarborChase of Jacksonville, and HarborChase of Tallahassee celebrated in February with professional partners, local dignitaries, residents, and families.
