HarborChase of Gainesville Receives
2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – March 26, 2019 – HarborChase of Gainesville, a local assisted living and memory care community, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™, qualifying for the award in the categories of “Variety of Food/Menu Choices” and “Transportation Needs.” HarborChase won the award by displaying a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services. HarborChase of Gainesville is managed by Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, Fla.

For the “Transportation Needs” category, the community was awarded for its dependable and easy-to-use daily scheduled transportation services. HarborChase’s transportation services take residents to appointments, shopping excursions and organized group trips. For the “Variety of Food/Menu Choices” category, HarborChase was recognized for its customized menu designed and developed by HRA chefs. With an emphasis on variety and choice, residents dine on seasonal cuisine in a number of community restaurants.

Throughout its history of serving the Gainesville community, HarborChase has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of HarborChase’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate HarborChase in specific categories. Every month, HarborChase has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of resident needs and to make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, HarborChase of Gainesville has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
